Is the initiate level of training. Learn the history of Reiki and its philosophy, fundamentals of energy healing and basic Reiki practice. Learn how to give Reiki to yourself to take care of your Body, Spirit, and Energy field. Learn to give Reiki to others in a basic level. The first Reiki attunement happens at this level which will open the flow of Reiki energy in your body.
