Lylly experienced Reiki and Reflexology for the first time in Tucson, Arizona in 2002 and her life changed. Feeling how energy moved through her body to achieve healing opened for her an alternative way to deal with dis-ease. Lylly believes that holistic healing complements and walks parallel to traditional medicine.
She made a commitment with herself of learning both techniques and practicing them, in order to be available for people who could need them and could benefit from Reflexology and Reiki as she did.
Lylly attended the Florida School of Massage and under Karen Ball's teachings became Certified Reflexologist in 2004. She started her studies of Reiki the same year with Master Teacher Sunemaura O'Brien and has been holding a Reiki circle and teaching Reiki since 2006 when she achieved the Master Teacher level. For Lylly, Reiki is more than a practice, is a concious way of daily life and considers that the opportunity to pass on to others the information she has received is an honor.

In September 2004 Lylly became a co-owner of Wild Iris Books in Gainesville, Florida. In 2006 she resumed her studies at the Florida School of Massage and in 2007 completed the Therapeutic Massage and Hydrotherapy Program and obtained the National Certification and Florida Massage and Bodywork License. In 2008 she became a certified Reflexologist by the American Reflexology Certification Board. Lylly practices in her Studio, Hands 4 Well Being, at 1810 NW 6th Street, Suite A in Gainesville, Fl.

To be available as a Reflexologist, Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner to assist others to achieve greater levels of health, relaxation, joy and peace.
